I'm sure those of you who read this blog have noticed the steady decrease in the number of items in that little Etsy shop widget above my posts.
I have officially stopped posting on Etsy for the time being - as I mentioned previously, my online posting budget is at Nil.
That doesn't mean my stuff isn't up!
I mentioned in my last post about trying out two new sites. Both sites have offered me more views since I signed up (a couple of weeks ago) than I got on Etsy in the first two months. I don't know if that is because of my exposure on this blog or throught my Facebook, or if it's from the new(ish) Twitter feed, retweets or whatnot, but either way, it's very thrilling.
I'd like everyone to know that I am still working my butt off, despite the illness I had, then going to a chiropractor to find out that my back's been out of alignment for about 3 years (funny.. I went to a doctor about that in 2008, around April, and was in Xrays, MRIs, tons of bloodwork, and was given an anti-biotic because "there's nothing wrong" - and I've not been "right" since then....), and having that adjusted. I feel like crap right now, while muscles are screaming "NO! That's not where that belongs!" Ice, pain killers, ice, rest, and ice have been a huge help. As does having pliers in hand and wire to shape, crystal to string, and stuff to design into pretty things. The jump in views on both my Zibbet shop and my MadeItMyself shop have been a huge boost to morale - no sales yet from either, but considering the views, I'm sure it will follow, soon I hope.
In the meantime, I'm still working hard. Updates as always are on my Facebook Page.
